Reusable Groceries Bag Tried and Tested.
I've just come home from doing a mid-week shop with my Reusable Groceries Bag. I've happily been using it ever since April when I made it. It's still comfy to use, it still makes me smile, and it's bottomless pit of bag too...have a look!
A bit blurry, I was slightly dizzy after carrying this little lot around...
It's roast pork, with all the trimmings this Sunday. Beef dripping makes roast potatoes really bad for you delish. Lemons and limes for a Thai curry on Monday...I'm really hungry all of a sudden?? And Beanie gets a new toy because he keeps losing them, and then he misses them!
Have you had a chance to make one or two Reusable Groceries Bags yet, have you got any pics of them in action to share?

Sorry, no pictures. Maybe next week. But I have been using mine almost daily since I made it. And it certainly is roomy. Mine has a shiny exterior that is starting to look a little, ahem, used. But hey, if it breaks I can easily make another one.

I made one (and just sent you pictures before I read this post) and I bought fabric for a second one. It is sooo easy and fast to make. Even for a beginner like me it only took one evening. Thanks, Lisa for yet another great tutorial!

Uh oh! I am in trouble now! I just discovered your site. I love handbags and tried, fairly unsuccessfully, to make one. I love your directions and visuals, just perfect for a beginner like me. I needed some inspiration! My husband won't complain and my kids won't tease me that I am buying another purse if I make it myself. Wish me luck!

Love your blog! For the lazy bagmaker my SewUseful entry is a grocery bag made from 2 pillowcases. There's a link from my blog.
It's got lots of pockets cuz I always buy more that anticipated and the pockets help with the overstuffing.

This isn't a U-bag, it's a U_Haul bag!! Amazed at how much it holds. Will definitely be making one, well, maybe two ... or three.
