Fringe Benefits
Hey! Hey! Hey! Yesterday I got my first haircut in 4 months! As you can imagine my hair looked very pants, and every morning I'd put my hair up BEFORE looking in the mirror. I was just too busy and (too slack) to cut it before now.
I'm so chuffed with my new cut that I wanted to show it off. I know it's a very girly (and indulgent) thing to do, but I'm a girl and a majority you are girls too (and I don't get out very much)...
Wooo! I can see to sew! If you think I'm going to show you the 'Before' pic you got another thing coming (and it's not the 'before' pic either! Heh!).
I'll be announcing the winner of the Amy Butler Sew-It Kit later today.

Your hair looks incredible! It really does look gredat! By the way, thank so much for featuring my little wristlet on the side of your blog in the flickr favs! Completely shocked and way beyond thrilled when I noticed it.

Your hair looks really pretty!
I sooo need to get a hair cut - I've lived in London for 9 years and still haven't found a hair dresser here!

Looking good missus! Oh for gorgeous straight shiny hair... There's nothing like a great new 'do' to make you feel perky.
Sadly 'great do' and 'my hair' seem to be mutually exclusive concepts.

My friend just got that same haircut and I LOVE IT!! Very cute, very spunky and very adorable!!!

Thanks Girls you're too kind (doing a twirly dance!)
It's the same old 'I wish I had curly hair/I wish I had straight hair' thing. I know for sure, that I would sound so moany if I were to list the things that I wish I could change about my 5"2 self (my lack of height for starters!), but I'd send myself off to sleep, and end up eating a lot of choccy.
Anyway, we're all lovely and that's all!
Aw Ali! That can't be true! Sneak off for an hour (I know that's a lot harder than it sounds) and spoil yourself somewhere a little bit posh. Go on, you know want to...

What a great haircut! I was planning on keeping mine the way it is, but after seeing yours.... I'm tempted! :)

Awww cute cute cute "do". I haven't had mine cut for 18 months (except to chop at the ends myself). I've developed a hairdresser phobia.

Ah nice hair! it's so good when you finally get that cut isn't it? I've got mine on Monday after about four months too - hope it looks as good as yours!

Great cut! I went with a similar style last month after a few years of on-the-shoulder length and love the shorter style! Now it's back to the stylist for my 6 week trim!

What a great haircut! It's soooo cute!

super sassy. If I had that awesome cut and your beautiful, straight, swingy hair, I'd go around tossing my head back dramatically all day long- and preferably in the sun so everyone would be dazzled by my shiny hair.

Cute haircut! It compliments your face very well. Are you using any styling products to achieve the new do?

Aw,thanks everyone! You can always count on the girls to make you feel great :)
Yep, it sure is a relief to have it short (after unsuccessfully trying to grow it long). You can just run a brush through your hair, slap a little bit of wax in, and your good to go!

Oooh, very flattering on you!
As much as I've been feeling like going short...my curls would frizz freely, LOL.
Isn't it amazing how a little cut can be so revitalizing?
