Every now and again (like; I mean rarely) a project is a joy from start to finish. From the time you dream up the design (in this case on the phone to the gas & electricity people - hence the name 'Gas Bag') to the moment you snip off the threads from the last seam. You know what that means though folks - the next 3 bags or so are going to be complete 'mares' to make...heh!
So here is the Gas Bag in all her pleated, piped, darted, and zippered-ness...
I was too excited to do a decent job of ironing it; ironing, schmironing. I think it would be fair to say these round buckle handles do look the business.

...and this is where the zipper is hiding. Yep, it's a concealed top edge bag zipper and I hope to have the tutorial for it written and posted on the blog by this Thurs/Fri. Hurrah!
